Cemented Carbide Rings
Cemented carbide rings(tungsten carbide rings) are widely used in high speed wire rolling lines. It is the new material and made by the production process of powder metallurgy. Cemented carbide rings are consisted of W and Co-Ni-Cr. According to the request of different stands for high speed wire rolling line, Hotion adjusts the best proportion of W and Co-Ni-Cr to achieve
good rolling tonnage.
The cemented carbide rings of Hotion have two main series of HR and HGR, HR serie could satisfy the higher efficient rolling mill with higher rolling speed and better cooling water system, HGR serie has stable rolling performance on different rolling mills under general working condition. Both of two series could bring good rolling tonnage for customer. Hotion will give best suggestion to our customers.

Composite Rolls
Composite rolls are the best selection for the last stand of rebars’
rolling mill right now. Based on the good wear resistance, composite
rolls has replaced cast iron rolls for the last stand of rebars’ rolling mill.
It could keep higher rolling tonnage and reduce the changing times of
mill rolls. Compared the cost of rolling tonnage per ton between the
composite rolls and the cast iron rolls, composite rolls have obvious
advantage to save cost.
Composite rolls are consisted of hydraulic unit, clamping ring, tungsten
carbide rings, and spacer. Hotion designs number of tungsten carbide
rings according to the request of working condition and dimension of
grooves. The hydraulic unit will offer 250Mpa pressure power to the fixed
outer side. Then locking system will be tightened to remove the gap. As
the big pressure power has stretched the shaft, it could keep the pressure
power after pressure relief.
