Cast iron rolls are widely used for rolling rebars and profile. Cast iron rolls have good wear resistance. With cetrifugal casting process and static casting process, cast iron roll have good working performance. High speed steel rolls are widely used in the pre-slitting stand and slitting stand in the rebars’ rolling line. It has better wear resistance than cast iron roll. High speed steel rolls are the best choice for slitting and pre-slitting stand in rebars’ rolling line. Hotion could produce all kinds of mill rolls for rebar rolling line and profile rolling line. Hotion prefers to keep better alloy on elements to achive stable working performance. With the advanced heat treatment technology, mill rolls have good wear resistance and stable hardness.
