Table rollers are used to transmit steel slabs through the whole strip rolling line. HOTION has the good experience for supplying all kinds of table rollers which are used on the rolling line of 1250mm, 1580mm, 1780mm, and 2250mm.

Spray Welding of Table Rollers
Since table rollers are easy to wear, Hotion coated the table rollers with wear
resistance layer to keep better working performance. Spray welding is to heat
the preheating autolyzed alloy powder to 1000-1300℃. It makes the generated
boride and silicide dispersion in the coating, and makes the good combination
between particle and substrate. Eventually sediment is the density of metalcrystal structure and metallurgical combination of matrix form is about 0.05-0.1 mm layer, the bonding strength of about 400MPa, good shock resistance, corrosion resistance, appearance in the mirror.
