Copper mould tubes are the most important spare parts in the crystallizer. The molten steel directly pours into the internal of copper mould tube, and molten steel will be continuous cooling to form the final billet. The copper mould tubes of Hotion are made of the material with good thermal conductivity such as Cu-Ag, Cu-Cr-Zr, TP2. With the extrusion process, Hotion keep good dimensional precision for thickness and end face.
