Forged mill rolls are the important spare parts in the cold rolling line. As forged mill rolls should bear big rolling force and instantaneous high temperature for welding line, slag inclusion and edge crack, forged mill rolls must have good strength, good wear resistance, heat impact strength, and good fracture toughness.

In order to get best forged raw material, Hotion uses electroslag remelting process to keep forged raw material with pure composition. With good forging process and heating treatment, Hotion keeps mill rolls with uniform hardness along the 

body of mill rolls and minimum hardness drop.
