Mill guides are to help billet safely pass through rolling mill. Mill guides could clear oxide scale of billet, and make the surface of billet more smooth. Mill guides also could increase the strength of surface of billet. Hotion could develop and produce all kinds of mill guides for different rolling mill.

Guide Plates
Guide plates are installed in the roughing stands and intermedate stands,
billets will go through the guide plates and come into the mill rolls. Hotion
develops guide plates with the material of Z50CrMo and 2Cr13. This material
have good wear resistance and better save cost. Hotion also would like to
design guide plates according to the request of customers.

Guide Rollers
Guide rollers have maximum consumption of all the spare parts for guides.
According to different working condition, Hotion could offer different material
such as Cr12MoV, Tungsten Carbide, Composite Tungsten Carbide.
Composite tungsten carbide guide rollers are consisted of two parts, steel
matrix and tungsten carbide layer. The normal depth of tungsten carbide
layer is from 5-8mm.The maximun depth could be 20-30mm. The composite
tungsten carbide guide rollers have better save cost and same wear resistance
than tungsten carbide guide rollers.

TMCP Equipments
Our TMCP equipments installed on the bar mill and high speed wire rod mill.
For rebars rolling, we have single strand, 2 strands, 3 strands, 4strands, 5strands,
TMCP; in high speed wire rod line we have pre-finishing TMCP and finishing TMCP.
WE shall design the TMCP as per the requirements of the customer.
Restbar
Rest bar is for installing, supporting, and fixing mill guides, mounting and fixing at
entry and exit side of the mill stand. In severing conditions against water and dust,
adjusting threaded rod in the conventional rest bar will stick because of the rust and
dust. With an innovative water-dust-proof design, our rest bar shall not exposed to
such problem.
Loopers
Our loopers are for bar mills and wire mill. We have sing/2/3/4/5 strands loopers for
bar mills. Those loopers are customized. We improved design from the structure of
the looper from front single cantilever to the structure with center pulling roller,
hence extend the lifetime of the bearings.
